President and Co-Founder

Bill Campbell is a proven performer who places a high value on knowledge and developing and implementing strategies that meet the demands and challenges of achieving success. His strong goal orientation and his systematic and comprehensive approach have resulted in 25 years of conscientious personal achievements in athletics, education, and business.

With an MBA form Florida State University he was recruited into the management training ranks of Ford Motor Company. His ability to handle details and perform with accuracy resulted in five years of successful Corporate Management experience.

Before he was 30, he was an officer of a Nashville based multi business holding company as well as the President of Metropolitan Lincoln Mercury and Budget Rent-a-car of Nashville. His duties included full profit and loss and daily operating responsibility for 150 employees and over $4 million in debt.

Mr. Campbell’s abilities to gather information, assess possible risk, and make effective decisions led to two Nashville bank workout successes. Both of these experiences entailed managing the business back to profitability, satisfying bank debt, and maximizing the owner’s equity.

Mr. Campbell’s business like approach, combining the ability to be precise and focus on what needs to be done, how, when, and by whom, led to his being recognized as the leading producer for Private Business, Inc. During his nine year tenure from the start up through public offering, Mr. Campbell worked with hundreds of community banks, and literally participated in over 3000 business development calls with businesses and bank officers and senior bank executives.

Mr. Campbell’s passion is to pass on the value of his 25 years of diverse business experiences to serve business owners in achieving greater success.

KATHY CAMPBELL

Executive Vice President and Co-Founder

Kathy Campbell is responsible for managing Business Partners Networks’ day-to-day operations including interfacing with their business and network partners. Kathy’s experience and background have equipped her to understand the challenges of running a business and how to build lasting, meaningful business partnerships.

Prior to BPN, Kathy worked with Private Business, Inc., where she created and developed the client services and business development managers support role for interfacing with the company’s bank clients. She also developed a reporting, sales tracking report for the banks to measure on a regular basis where they were in their calling and selling efforts, which was also used as a follow-up tool for the PBI business development managers.

Kathy’s previous experience also includes owning and operating DAD Financial, a direct marketing company specializing in targeted direct mail for banks and other financial services organizations. Starting the business with one other partner, within a few years it had nearly 100 employees, with two locations, including a 50,000 square foot production facility with lettershop and printing operation.

This very profitable business grew to over $10 million in annual revenue and was ultimately purchased by a publicly traded point of sale firm in the UK. Some of their clients included AT&T, National Bank of Commerce, Commerce Union Bank, MBNA Gold Card division, and Compass Bank.

Outside her role at BPN, Kathy volunteers her business and marketing expertise to Mercy Ministries of America, an international Christian home for troubled girls. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Kathy also serves on their board of trustees.
